Mark pays lots of attention to how his friends see him. He loves to give off a super hero vibe and always needs to ensure every movement is as cool and perfect as he is. It is true that with his perfectly fit, well-muscled figure, he really does look cool, especially when he surfs. He looks so cool in fact, even a passing seagull would scream, "You're too cool!"

Naturally, he likes to brag about how gallant he is. He makes up different stories about his heroism based on his daily life at sea. Mark has a scar on his face, but no one knows how he got it. Different people on the island have heard different stories, but all of them share one thing in common—in each story, Mark is absolutely gallant!

While Mark always seems to act high and mighty, or like he just wants to earn others’ praise and respect, what he wants most is everybody’s friendship, concern and warmth. In fact, he already has a marvellous "super power". But it’s not for fighting monsters. Rather, it is the imagination and creativity he weaves into his tales, which bring cheer and inspiration to others. With a little time and effort, it would be easy for him to make friends and get along with others.
